Chaco Culture - the high thick walls of Kin Kletso

Detailed Description

The high thick walls of Kin Kletso ruin have a square layout. This view is from near the entrance to a trail that climbs to the cap-rock rim along the north side of Chaco Canyon. Kin Kletso means "yellow house" in Navajo, and refers to the color of the sandstone used in the construction of the great house (NPS, 2004).
