Detailed Description

The left axis shows the number of earthquakes per week. The right axis is the total cumulative number of earthquakes, which means it has to always increase. It increased a lot in the period 1996-2003 when there was a period of uplift near Norris. As of April 2014, the red line is increasing again, because there are more frequent earthquakes again (the red line moves up faster whenever the black bars are more frequent).

This graph simply shows that there are more earthquakes in the last few months, which is similar to the time between 1996-2003 (note, that there was no volcanic eruption as a result of that increase in earthquakes and uplift).
