Fast Limnological Automated Measurements Surveys

🚤🚤 We [were] on a boat! 🚤🚤 

And we were measuring water quality while we were at it! Our “Fast Limnological Automated Measurements” or FLAMe surveys help us take water quality measurements every second while traveling along a waterway.  

These data were collected along the Illinois River to improve predictions of carbon and nitrogen dynamics in the waterway. Ten onboard high-tech instruments collected up to 95 variables over the course of five sampling campaigns between May 2022 and July 2023.
