Detailed Description
The Port of Paducah Kentucky is located at the confluence of the Ohio and Tennessee Rivers. Flood Walls are erected to aid in flood mitigation. The interior side of the flood walls capture Paducah's rich history in paintings by the renowned Dafford Muralists.
