Detailed Description

On September 9, 2023 a large rockslide occurred on a mountain peak at Hvide Støvhorn 1200 m above Dickson Fjord. It caused a tsunami in the large gully below that sloshed back and forth for nine days and was recorded on seismic instruments around the world.
