USGS Scientists, Justin Birchler and Johnathan Woodruff (with the USGS St. Petersburg's Coastal and Marine Science Center) attach the GPS satellite antenna to a tripod in order to accurately measure ground elevation and sensor locations during equipment retrieval following Hurricane Helene.
