The 12 challenge categories and the percent of case documents containing that challenge arranged by science category (see Legend) in the 48-case document sample of challenges to the BLM’s use of science in U.S. Department of the Interior Region 7 (Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico) from 2015 to 2019.
