Racetrack Playa
Detailed Description
Still morning air allows mirror-like reflections on the water on the Racetrack Playa. This view is looking to the southwest toward a divide between the Racetrack Valley and Saline Valley (the location of the Lippincott Road connecting the two valleys). The steep eastern flanks of the Nelson Range of the southern Inyo Mountains are in the distance.
