Redlands Field Office, USGS California Water Science Center

The USGS California Water Science Center (CAWSC) Redlands field office is one of nine locations throughout the state that is part of the CAWSC Hydrologic Monitoring Program.  The program operates a statewide network of monitoring stations for the collection of hydrologic data, such as streamflow, groundwater levels, sediment, water temperature, water-quality parameters, and precipitation. Many of these monitoring stations provide data in real-time on NWISweb. Through cooperative efforts with more than 125 local, State, and Federal agencies in California, the program provides reliable, impartial, and timely information needed to understand California’s water resources.
