The new geologic map depicting the distribution of rocks and sediments at the surface of Nebraska. Large swaths of wind-blown deposits blanket the state. Patterned regions highlight relationships between surface wind-blown deposits and underlying, older geology and an inset map depicts the thickness of an important stratigraphic interval within this sequence.
