Survival Probabilities of Fish Through Canals Versus Dams

Detailed Description

Survival probability estimates and 95% confidence intervals for yearling Chinook Salmon, juvenile steelhead, and subyearling Chinook Salmon at three diversion dams on the Yakima River, Washington. Estimates are provided for fish that were entrained in canals (Canal) and for fish that remained in the river and passed via spill bays (Spill) at the dam and include mortality that occurred in the river reach immediately downstream of each dam. (Figure 7 in the publication titled, "Survival implications of diversion entrainment for out-migrating juvenile Chinook Salmon and steelhead".)
