Episode 54 of lava fountaining in Halemaʻumaʻu at the summit of Kīlauea took place for about 9 hours on August 25, 2026. This timelapse video, which shows the eruptive plume rising above the summit of Kīlauea, was taken by the KPcam, located on the south flank of Mauna Loa in Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park.
