Social Scientist, Holly Miller, and coauthors tied for second place for the 2016 John I. Davidson President's Award for Practical Papers for their manuscript “Valuing Geospatial Information: Using the Contingent Valuation Method to Estimate the Economic Benefits of Landsat Satellite Imagery.” The American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) will issue a certificate and monetary award at the ASPRS Annual Conference in Fort Worth, Texas on Wednesday April 13, 2016.
