Mapping Challenge Update (07/31/2020): City / Town Halls in ME, NH, & VT

Volunteers contributed over 100 new points to this challenge since last week - nice work!
Since these states are starting to fill, next week we'll put together our overlay analysis. For those who are new to TNMCorps, this is a quick comparison we perform between the points collected to date and Census.gov's Incorporated Places dataset.
