USGS and NSGIC Coordinate on EDH for 3DNHD Project
The NSGIC/USGS Elevation-Derived Hydrography for the 3D National Hydrography Dataset (EDH for 3DNHD) project has kicked off with a series of webinars intended to explore state and regional EDH activities and to derive critical factors affecting the development of EDH and the integration of those data into the National Hydrography Dataset.
Monthly webinars are scheduled the third Wednesday of each month at 3 PM (ET). A project introduction webinar was hosted in January and the February webinar featured EDH activities in the state of Michigan. The March 17, 2021 webinar will feature the USGS EDH Specifications. All webinars are recorded and published. Registration with the NSGIC site is required to access the recordings via the NSGIC Learning Link and to register for upcoming webinars.
