GTRasterTypeGeoKey Requirement

New requirement shall have the GTRasterTypeGeoKey configuration set consistently across all bare - earth and MSHR tiles within a project.

Introduction

Within GeoTIFF files, the GTRasterTypeGeoKey is used to establishes the raster space used (OGC GeoTIFF Standards 7.2.1 Requirements Class GTRasterTypeGeoKey). The setting is used to indicate whether the pixel of the raster is representative of information for an area or information specific to a point. This GeoKey can be set to either RasterPixelIsPoint or RasterPixelIsArea.

The GTRasterTypeGeoKey value shall be set to indicate that the raster type is PixelIsArea.
