A September 1987 potentiometric-surface map of the intermediate aquifer system in west-central Florida depicts water levels for the annual high water-level period. Hydrographs show seasonal and annual changes that range from 0 to 30 ft or more in some years. September 1987 water levels averaged about 3 ft higher than May 1987 levels and about 2 ft lower than September 1986 levels. (USGS)
