Reconnaissance examination of the biology, chemistry, and physical characteristics of selected streams in California and Nevada

This report contains hydrological data from several California and Nevada streams. Emphasis is placed upon water-quality data, but stream discharge at the time of making the water-quality measurements also is given. 

The purpose of the report is to provide personnel of the U.S. Bureau of Land Management with baseline hydrological data from the selected streams and one well. The streams, the stream sites selected for sampling, and the parameters measured, were chosen in consultation with U.S. Bureau of Land Management personnel.
