New Analyst GUI For Operational Aftershock Forecasting

Desktop GUI software used by analysts for operational aftershock forecasting (OAF). Can load data from Comcat and other sources, fit aftershock model parameters, generate aftershock forecasts, and display plots of the results. An analyst can adjust model parameters, select forecasting options, send commands to the OAF servers, and send forecasts to PDL.
