Alice J McCarthy
Alice McCarthy is a Physical Scientist within the Decision Support Branch of the USGS Water Resources Mission Area.
My work with the USGS has focused on development or support of databases and data management systems. I enjoy working with data flow and data processes to support the important science being done by the USGS and collaborators. I primarily work with the backend side of applications and databases yet dabble in front end application development and am becoming increasingly interested in user-driven design which focuses on how decisions are made and what is needed to support those decisions, as part of the Decision Support Branch.
