BayLee R. Laufer
BayLee is a Biological Science Fisheries Technician with the Western Fisheries Research Center's Columbia River Research Laboratory. Her work examines salmonid behavior, habitat, and dam passage.
BayLee’s current research focuses on understanding both historical and present salmonid habitats within the Willamette Valley. Her work also investigates prespawn mortality and includes monitoring fish passage through dams utilizing acoustic telemetry systems and passive integrated transponder (PIT) tags.
