Darrin Thome

Biography

Darrin spent 18 years working for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service before joining the USGS in

2016. He assists the Pacific Regional Director with day-to- day operations, and works to build bridges

within the region. Darrin also connects with outside partners to ensure that scientists and staff across the

Pacific Region are developing the most relevant science. In his spare time, Darrin loves to hike, fish, and

hunt in the woods.
