My name is Ginger Northern, but most people refer to me as Ms. Gee. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) and a Master of Science in General Counseling (MS). I have over 40 years of experience in the Customer/Human Services industry. I've helped numerous organizations expand their client base, increase their profits and foster a supportive work environment throughout the years.
It is evident that USG appreciates creative thinking as well as the value of employee satisfaction, which I have based my entire career around. In my daily work, I have used the management-by-objectives approach to transform employees to become effective and efficient in their daily jobs. I have used the performance review process to ensured employees understood their expectations, how they contributed to one’s organizational growth and trained them with the tools necessary for them to pursue their career goals and objectives. After implementing regular meetings with management and employees, I have been able to establish incremental goals for each team member, which improved employee retention rates by 60% and increased overall production rates by 80%, increasing net revenue per employee by 35%. With a history of guiding and motivating teams toward their goals, I'm confident my skill set will continue to grow this organization as well as meeting the needs of our customers and colleagues.
