Jonathan Bias
Jonny is a Geographer at the National Geospatial Technical Operations Center (NGTOC) in Denver, Colorado, serving as a Project Manager with the Commercial Partnerships Team (CPT).
As a Project Manager on the Commercial Partnerships Team (CPT), Jonathan coordinates the development of geospatial products and services supporting the U.S Geological Survey (USGS), National Geospatial Program (NGP), and National Geospatial Technical Operations Center (NGTOC) objectives. His responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of task orders within the Geospatial Products and Services Contracts (GPSC) suite, overseeing the accuracy of product and service deliverables and serving as a Point of Contact for partners and customers. These partners and customers are both internal and external and include, but are not limited to, federal, regional, tribal and state-level agencies, scientific committees and other organizations. Other additional duties include developing task order requirements, providing Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), conducting negotiations with contracting firms and providing technical support to NGTOC on policies, standards, specifications and guidelines.
