Noah M. Harper

As a Computer Scientist at the Cascade Volcano Observatory, I support the USGS in its effort to build efficient and reliable systems that allow scientists to better understand and monitor the Cascade volcanos and assess their hazard. In particular, I assist the volcanologists, seismologists, and field engineers in maintaining, expanding, and improving the volcano monitoring and detection infrastructure in the Cascade Range by way of algorithm and software design and implementation.
