I started my career with the U.S. Geological Survey Great Lakes Science Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan, as a Student Admin in 2013. Later, I worked for the USGS Texas Water Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas, as the Administrative Operations Assistant. In 2019, the USGS Oklahoma and Texas Water Science Center merged; in January 2020, I became the Management Analyst for the Oklahoma-Texas Water Science Center, where I focused on the center's Human Resources and Procurement. In 2024, I led the Administrative Operations team as the Supervisory Management Analyst. In 2025, I joined the USGS Cooperative Research Units working on Research Work Orders (RWOs).

I started my career in the U.S. Navy between 2005-2009. I attended Eastern Michigan University and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor's in Communications. I then attended the University of the Incarnate Word in 2020 and graduated with a Master's in Organizational Development and Leadership.

I have a teenage son, four cats, and a chinchilla. We all reside in Fort Worth, Texas.
