Scott Whitaker is the Chief of the Information Systems Section (ISS) of the U.S. Geological Survey, National Geospatial Technical Operations Center (NGTOC). The ISS provides development support for The National Map, including the 3D Elevation Program (3DEP), US Topo, National Hydrography Data Set (NHD), and Historic Topographic Map Collection (HTMC).
