Puerto Rico StreamStats is now (April 2021) available for delineating basins and computing basin characteristics. Low-flow and flood frequency studies are underway using selected basin characteristics to develop regional regression equations to estimate flows at ungaged locations in Puerto Rico. The Puerto Rico StreamStats application was developed in cooperation with the Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board.
