In late January 2020, the StreamStats Batch Processor servers began experiencing issues with large queues as well as required software updates. Unfortunately these issues cannot be resolved while maintaining current service levels and thus will be shut down for a short period. We anticipate the batch processor will be available late next week (by February 7). We apologize for the inconvenience.
