2024 Minerals Yearbook, volume III, Area Reports — International: country reports, global production, and global mineral facilities

The U.S. Geological Survey's Minerals Yearbook Volume III: Area Reports — International publication provides an annual review of the mineral and materials industries of over 150 countries worldwide. This volume of work includes individual country reports that examine the performance and developments of a country's mineral industry that occurred during a given year. Topics covered in each country report may include mineral production and trade, government policies and programs, industry structure, and developments in the commodity sector. Tabular data include mineral commodity production statistics over a 5-year period and a summary of mineral facilities including annual production capacities, where data are available. The 2024 Minerals Yearbook Volume III: Area Reports — International data release provides a compilation of the Minerals Yearbook country reports discussing information, events, data, and statistics for the year 2024, mineral commodity production data for the years 2020 through 2024, and country-level mineral facilities data. Country reports are compiled into a .txt file and tabular data are provided in .csv format in this data release.
