Borehole information from the lower Colorado River corridor, Arizona, Nevada, and California
September 15, 2025
This data release provides location information and lithologic intervals for boreholes compiled by the USGS between 2016 and 2020 for use during subsurface geologic mapping of the lower Colorado River corridor. The data provided include a spreadsheet of borehole information, that contains the well name, the information source, and positional information regarding the well location. A second spreadsheet contains the lithologic intervals recorded on the original borehole log. Information in each spreadsheet can be linked using the Name field.
