Chemical and physical data for fingerprinting 2022 sediment in East River, Wisconsin, tributary to the Fox River, Green Bay, and Lake Michigan - sources
May 12, 2026
Data include particle-size distribution as well as sediment-bound total concentrations of carbon (organic and total), nitrogen, phosphorus, and other trace metals. Samples include those from upland sources (cropland, woodland, gullies, roads) as well as exposed streambank from the East River basin, Brown County, Wisconsin. Sources samples were collected in July and August 2022. These data will be used to apportion sediment sources of suspended and streambed sediment collected from the East River.
