Data and metadata from CALUX ER human cell bioassay treated with sediment extracts from the Conasauga River Basin in the southeastern USA

This data describes the relative luminescence units (RLUs) and relative fluorescence units (RFUs) of lysates of estrogen responsive chemically-activated luciferase expression human breast carcinoma VM7LucERbeta9 cells which were exposed for 24 h to 17beta-estradiol dilutions, or dilutions of sediment extracts collected from various locations within the Conasauga River Basin in the southeastern USA. This data also describes RFUs of bovine serum albumin standards which were used to convert the RFUs of the cell lysates to protein with which to normalize the RLUs of the cell lysates.
