Digital Surface Model and Orthoimagery of Redoubt Volcano, Lake Clark National Park, Alaska
July 10, 2026
Aerial photography surveys of Redoubt Volcano in Lake Clark National Park, Alaska, were conducted on August 8 and September 26, 2019, by fixed-wing aircraft to generate updated elevation data and high-quality orthoimagery. The surveys were flown by the National Park Service (NPS) Alaska Regional Office (AKRO) in partnership with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Alaska Volcano Observatory (AVO). Aerial imagery from the survey was processed using structure-from-motion (SfM) photogrammetric methods to derive the digital surface model (DSM) and orthoimagery in this data release.
