Streamflow and basin-characteristic data are needed for a variety of scientific applications including estimation of flow in ungaged basins and hydro-ecological classification of rivers. The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), in cooperation with the Bureau of Reclamation and the Southern Rockies Landscape Conservation Cooperative (SRLCC), selected a subset of streamgages across the SRLCC domain that could be used for future modeling efforts. A number of basin characteristics were calculated for the drainage basin delineated at each streamgage. Spatial features (gages, drainage basins) and their related attributes are contained within a geodatabase (SRLCC_Hydro.gdb). The extent of the historical peak flow information is included for each streamgage, and a total of 139 basin characteristics were calculated for the drainage basin delineated at each streamgage. Spatial features (streamgages, drainage basins) and their related attributes are contained within an geodatabase (SRLCC_Hydro.gdb). The geographic extent of the database covers the entirety of hydrologic region 14, and parts of hydrologic regions 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, and 17.
