Index Velocity Rating Example Datasets

These data are a compilation of example index velocity ratings used at USGS streamgaging stations. Each directory contains seven comma-delimited files consisting of a read me, the hydrographer developed rating, a table of discharge measurements used to develop the velocity rating, a mixture model analysis, statistically recommended rating, and the variance covariance matrix for both the recommended and user selected models. The readme.csv within each directory lists the station number, station name, and the file name for each file within the directory. The directories are named using the station id and rating ID number corresponding the dataset.
