Population Genetic Data of Breeding and Wintering King Eiders (Somateria spectabilis)

This data release includes one table of nuclear microsatellite genotypes and mitochondrial DNA haplotypes from the cytochrome b region in King Eider. This information was used to determine levels of population genetic differentiation among breeding and wintering sites of King Eiders (Somateria fischeri).
