Sample information for fishes in the Coregonus artedi species complex that have been genotyped with restriction site-associated DNA (RAD) sequencing
June 22, 2026
This data release contains sample information for Coregonus artedi, Coregonus hoyi, Coregonus kiyi, and Coregonus zenithicus collected from Lake Nipigon and the Laurentian Great Lakes that have been genotyped with restriction site-associated DNA sequencing (RAD-seq) for population genetic analysis. Sample information includes: the National Center for Biotechnology Institute BioProject IDs and accession numbers for the raw sequence data; internal IDs used for tissue and extract archiving at the Great Lakes Science Center's Molecular Ecology Laboratory; collection information; and biological data (where available) such as developmental stage, sex, length (mm), and weight (g).
