Unknown fish fin clip DNA analysis, April 2025

We tested 28 fin clips for DNA of Goldfish (Carassius auratus) and Prussian Carp (Carassius gibelio) following published assay methods. Results are reported as cycle threshold (Cq) values generated using real-time PCR.
