Maps showing the relative frequency of monthly mean soil moisture less than or equal to a threshold value of 0.074 during a Non-Drought scenario for Kauaʻi (A), Oʻahu (B), Molokaʻi (C), Maui (D), and the Island of Hawaiʻi (E). Non-Drought scenario is rainfall during 1990–97 and 2003–06 from Frazier and others (2016), and 2020 land cover from Kāne and others (2024a).
