Alaska CASC Five-Year Review Report 2017

Alaska CASC Five-Year Review Report 2017

Detailed Description

Alaska Climate Adaptation Science Center (CASC) 5-Year Review Report (2017).

Near the conclusion of the host agreement, an external review team conducts an evaluation of the scientific content, approach, and results of each CASC and its relative success in reaching key stakeholder groups. These reviews are generally held in the fourth year of the five-year award, in advance of the issuance of a funding opportunity notice for re-competing the host award. These reviews evaluate operational and programmatic aspects of each CASC, including the host-university relationship, to ensure that established goals and obligations are being met, as well as to identify obstacles and areas of improvement for future agreements.
