Bascom Laser Diffraction Lab Technical Assistant Agreement

This Technical Assistance Agreement is entered into by and between U.S. Geological Survey, a Bureau of the Department of the Interior, through the offices of its Florence Bascom Geoscience Center, Reston, Virginia, hereinafter referred to as the “USGS” and [Collaborator (legal corporate) name], [Collaborator city], [Collaborator State], hereinafter referred to as “Collaborator.” USGS and Collaborator are sometimes herein referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
