Vol. 6 No. 1 of the Bird Banding Notes was released in March 1966. Subjects in this note are 1. Departure of WT Van Velzen; 2. Comments on bird banding purposes, policies and procedures; 3. New personnel; 4. Overhaul of filing systems within the BBL; 5. Change in procedures of issuing and renewing banding permits; 6. Band accountability; 7. If you change your address; 8.
