ECS Samples Return Form (Appendix F)

Portable Document File (PDF) format form required to be completed and submitted to the Extended Continental Shelf (ECS) Samples Curator at the end of the agreed upon loan period to document the return of samples collected as part of the U.S. ECS Project to the repository.
