Detailed Description
This spreadsheet shows the estimated offsets between Landsat Collection 1 and Landsat Collection 2 WRS-2 path/rows, in latitude and longitude directions, scaled to meters.
These offsets were computed by averaging the offsets of all the Ground Control Points (GCPs) that are within a given path/row, based on the adjustments of the GCPs by the block triangulation solution. Entries with zeros listed as their mean offset do not contain any GCPs.
