This Memo to All Banders (MTAB 23) was released on April 8, 1974. Subjects in this memo are 1. Bird Banding Manual Corrections; 2. Master permittees’ 1972 banding totals; and 3. Nest Record Card Program. The total number of birds banded in 1971 was 1,280,093 and for comparison, total birds banded in 1967 was 1,569,589!
