A Record of Environmental Consideration (REC) has been prepared by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 (42 United States Code [USC] 4321−4347, as amended), the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) Regulations for Implementing the Procedural Provisions of NEPA (40 Code of Federal Regulations [CFR] 1500−1508), and 14 CFR Part 1216 NASA Procedures for Implementing the National Environmental Policy Act for the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Parcel 15 Development Menlo to Moffett (M2M) project.
