Antimycin-a water extraction setup
Detailed Description
Analytical verification of antimycin-a toxicity study exposure water. A 24-port extraction manifold attached to a vacuum flask and pump is used to load toxicity trial exposure water onto solid phase extraction cartridges to concentrate antimycin-a for analytical verification using high-performance liquid chromatography and a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer.
