Detailed Description
In the early days of Apollo and immediately after, USGS Astrogeology had a vehicle section in Flagstaff; it was composed of Dick Weiser, Billy Tinnin and boss, Putty Mills, aided by a well-equipped machine shop run by Walt Fahey.
