City of Sioux Falls visit

On August 1, 2024, officials and employees from the City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Public Works Department toured the EROS Center to learn about Earth observation and remote sensing. By exploring satellite imagery and technologies, the team gained valuable insights into how these tools are used for environmental monitoring, disaster response, urban planning and even infrastructure management.
